mse-pic1Marianne S. Eggleston has over 25 years’ experience in product and content development in the music, film, and entertainment business. She has risen through the ranks as an executive, sales manager; public relations, marketing, and communications strategist, and entrepreneur. She won one of the very first Telly Awards for PPI Entertainment’s Fox TV Special “It’s a Trollie Christmas” and numerous gold and platinum recording artists awards. Eggleston has always been recognized by the media as an executive on the move and has been featured in Black Enterprise Magazine, Jet Magazine, Billboard, Hollywood Reporter, Cash Box and many other trade magazines. Her extensive knowledge and strategic business development skills have helped her build a very unique business concept for MQ Communications, MQ Public Relations, Music Quest, Inc. MQE Films, the Orlando Urban Film Festival (OUFF), and Global Innovative Insurance Agency, Inc. (Gii Agency). MQ is a film, music, publishing, entertainment marketing, content development, and public relations company.  Gii Agency was developed to assist content creators in protecting their assets: life, family, home, and business and to help build a life long estate and generational wealth. Eggleston’s aspiration is to help young people as well as others who are interested in the creative fields of “Movies & Music” to be successful and achieve their career goals.

mse-pic3Previously in her career, Eggleston was the Director of Product Development and Urban Music for PPI Entertainment a major independent music and video label, and distributor located in Newark, New Jersey. During a 12-year period, she helped to create, develop, and manage ten various record labels, which included Bounce Records Urban Music, Landlord Entertainment Group, Michael and Whitney Houston’s record label, Peter Pan Kids, Compose Classics (Oldies), Compose Tropico (Latin Music Label, Jamaican Authentic Records,  and several other labels publishing companies. She helped to build the audio and video division within the international distribution company. Earlier in her career, Eggleston worked with BMG Entertainment, formerly known as RCA, A&M, and Arista Distribution, for ten years as a North Central Regional Marketing Manager. She was responsible for market sales well over $1.2 to $1.5 million a month. Eggleston succeeded in these revenue objectives through creative event planning, and radio air-play and consumer contest and promotions at retail, clubs, and concerts. She developed super success through media exposure for BMG and its associated labels (over 25 partners) which included artists such as Janet Jackson, Yanni, Whitney Houston, The Police, Bruce Hornsby, Alabama, Dolly Parton, Elvis Presley, Diana Ross, David Bowie, Hall & Oates, Jefferson Starship, The Go-Go’s, The Whispers, Lakeside, Shalamar, Aretha Franklin, Jazzy Jeff-Will Smith, Eurhythmics, Rick Springfield, Dunn Pearson, Melvin Van Peebles, and hundreds of others.

Eggleston has consistently developed revenue-driven solutions, sponsorships, and partnership ventures for both employers and clients.
